Does This Water Level Look OK for Winterizing?

Hi, is the water level low enough for winterizing? I have pillows and live in southern IN/Louisville KY area. Both skimmer and return/Aqualuminator are plugged. Just worried about ice bumping the return (I have no idea how much freezing/ice occurs inside the pool.) But I also have a new liner and don't want to drain toooo much water out.
