Purchased what I thought was a fine mesh pool cover from In The Swim. It does not seem that water is passing through the cover. Pool size 16 X 36. For closing I use a pool service. Not sure if maybe the cover was put on upside down. The warning tag is facing up. Does it matter what side is up or down. Maybe I was sent the incorrect cover. Sure looks like cover in the picture. Black on both sides. I wanted to free myself of pumping water off the cover. Thanks.
