I have a Hayward Sand Filter with a Hayward Slide Valve. Has been working fine for a few years. Yesterday the slide valve started leaking as pictured below. I removed the water and half the sand from the filter, slid it out, took both o-rings off and bought new ones, lubed them up, hooked everything back up hoping . . . and same leak.
