Doheny Discovery Robot troubleshooting

I have owned the Doheny Discovery since Summer 2016. It’s been good to us; we replaced the motor (covered under 2 year warranty) about 18 months in and haven’t had any trouble from it since. Lately though, it’s not picking up debris. It can move around the pool just fine, but the filter basket is virtually empty at the end of the cycle.
