I have an in ground, vinyl lined pool with a green mesh cover and with a new liner that we just put in this past summer. The old liner must have had some small leaks because this year, the water level in the pool since being closed has been very high. When closed in late September, I lowered the water maybe 6 inches below the skimmer. Then maybe around late November I took a peak in the pool and noticed it maybe 3-4 inches from the top so I used a submersible pump and lowered it...
