Want to heat pool - how to bypass scheduled events without deleting?

Have Pentair Intellicenter...want to turn on pool and heater tonight about midnight to heat until around 9am. I will create a schedule for this event. I have a normal scheduled event from 6-8am to run pool without heater. If there are two simultaneous events which will take precedence? I am concerned the 6-8am without heater will cause the heater to be turned off. Is there a way to bypass 6-8 scheduled event or should I just delete it?
