Does Ahh-Some Clean Scaling Off Lines, pumps, heaters, etc.??

I have been running a used hot tub for about 9 months. LOVE Aww-Some for my purges and it gets out WAY more gunk than other things I've tried.

Curious if Ahh-Some removes scale build up on the lines, pumps, heaters, etc? If not, do you recommend a scale remover? I'm trying to keep my tub balanced but I don't have it perfect yet so I know scale can be a problem if tub out to balance.
