Pool Owner To Be; Is Pool Leaking?

Good afternoon, all! I’m closing on a house in the Houston area soon that has a 20’ x 40’ foot pool with a square hot tub at one corner. I know little about pools because I’ve never had one, but I’ll try to ask my question the best I can.
