We just had our pool refinished with Pebble Sheen and we’re unhappy with the way the finish came out. There’s bumps almost everywhere along the bottom and sides and they’re especially noticeable at night. Is this normal for a pebble sheen finish? I’m not sure how they would even fix this but I really want to complain about this to the installer because it looks awful to us. I’m not sure if I need to report it to Pebble Tec if the installer says they won’t fix this.
