I installed the Hayward VS Omni system 2 years ago and never got around to getting the relay control to work with my old Minimax 400 heater. Recently the 24V transformer in the heater died, so I just replaced it and it’s back to working normal as it always has in manual mode. I figured since I had it open, I’d try once more to get the remote working. What’s odd is that even without the jumper, it still works in manual mode.
