Cracks after shotcrete, is it normal?

Right after a day shotcrete is done, I'm noticing cracks at the bottom of the pool. Are these cracks normal? Is there a way to fix them? Will pebble sheen on top of these cracks will help from leaking? I appreciate for any advise.
