Is it ok to leave SWG on when water temp is too cold?

This is my first season with a SWG. I have the Circupool RJ45+ installed in May. I've adjusted down to 12-hour pump/SWG run time and at 5% power, which is expected as we have lower chlorine demand now. This is keeping chlorine levels perfect. However, now it's getting to where the water temp in the morning is just below the operating temp of the SWG (63 this morning and the SWG cuts off at 65).
