Switching to salt has made everything easier except I can no longer keep my pH under control.

Used to just hold steady for a while and it wasn't really doing much, it would go up but slowly. Now it seems like every two or three days its back to 8 or above and I have to add acid. I keep the TA is at 70, just tested that today and dumped in more acid as the reading was once again a dark red in that tube. Salt water and pump only run 4 hours a day now as it's cold and CL doesn't really drop much.

Is there anything I can do or is adding acid just going to take the place of adding...
