New Pool in Orlando

Hello everyone! I am currently getting quotes to have a new pool built. I have some prior experience with pools as I previously had a chlorine kidney bean shaped pool that was about 18,000gal. When I purchased the home the pool was in terrible condition with broken pipes around the pump and filter and black/green water. I replaced the cartridge filter with a sand filter and later replaced the pump and then the pump assembly. I had that pool for about 10yrs before moving a few times and now...
